feasibility. We have the expertise to take an idea from the initial
concept design to the finished product quickly, which results in compressed
product development time and lower development costs for our customers.
The company uses CNC/NC milling machines, EDM, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and other sophisticated machining equipment to produce prototype and final molds. Tool designers and programmers utilize major software products to convert data into 3-D solid and wire frame models. These models are used to produce tooling that meets the most rigorous tolerances and performance characteristics. TMD performs all of the required functions in-house, enabling us to exercise strict quality control as well as controlled delivery schedules.
