The Phillips Avenue plant was acquired in July 2005 with production starting in June 2006.  The site consists of approximately 90,000 square feet and contains TMD's interior component assembly business.

The primary process is fully contented instrument panel assembly to In Line Vehicle Sequence (ILVS) broadcast, but also has broadcast sequencing responsibility for doors and consoles.  All processes have been designed using lean manufacturing principles and contain state of the art error proofing practices.

The Phillips Avenue plant will be ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14002 compliant by 1^st Quarter 2008.
