Manufacturing
Built
in 1995, Delphos was designed for flow through manufacturing
with assembly lines and close coupled assembly and injection molding.
Products are automotive integrated cooling modules, heater and air
conditioner handling
units, fluid reservoirs, cooling fans and shrouds and air
induction systems. This plant
also has the process capability of In Line Vehicle Sequence
(ILVS) assembly of cooling modules. With a strong emphasis on error
proofing, the assembly lines in this plant have demonstrated very high
levels of product quality. |
